    Summerlin is a combination of villages, each centered around its own major park or golf course.
 Currently, there are 15 villages in various stages of development. Eventually, the community will be home to 30 distinct villages, each featuring dozens of thoughtfully planned neighborhoods and a unique selection of homes, townhomes, condominiums, and apartments.
 Each Summerlin village has its own distinctive style of architecture and design, evident in streetscapes, landscaping and village walls.

    If you are looking for a condominium or apartment home you can choose from the following: The Canyons, The Arbors, The Willows, The Pueblo, The Crossing, and The Gardens villages. To find a custom lot to build your dream home, choose The Ridges neighborhood. Summerlin is home to the first PGA TOUR Tournament Players Club (TPC) stadium golf course in Nevada. The Howard Hughes Corporation entered into an exclusive agreement with the PGA TOUR to bring the TPC to Summerlin. This private 18-hole championship golf course, which opened in 1991, is located at Summerlin's front door in The Hills South Village near Summerlin Parkway and Town Center Drive. .....

Red Rock Country Club (area 404)


 

       Red Rock Country Club is located in  Las Vegas, Nevada in Summerlin. It backs up to the Red Rock Conservation Area. Homes here run from the low 300's to over a Million.
     It is important to keep in mind, if you are considering this development, that no homes are available at the base prices. Almost every lot currently available carries a substantial premium. That said, this is a beautiful community that, when completed, will feature 2 Arnold Palmer golf courses, 44,000 sq. ft. main clubhouse and a 8,000 sq. ft. sports clubhouse. The membership to the golf club and sports club is somewhat complicated with several types of memberships available.

Spanish Trails (area 503)


 
    This beautiful guard gated community is located approximately 15 minutes west of the strip. There are 1252 homes here in 11 separate neighborhoods /communities. Homes range in price from the mid $200,000s up into the millions of dollars. Townhomes range in price from the high $100,000s to the mid $300,000s. Amenities include fitness center, tennis center, 2 pools and 2 spas. The 4 townhome neighborhoods have access to these as well as their own pools and spas. Memberships are available to the Spanish Trails Golf and Country Club. These are offered and sold by individual members. Prices for golf memberships usually run under $30,000 with social memberships available in the $3,000 to $4,000 range.  The association provides lists of memberships available for sale. Most of these homes were constructed in the 1980's and 1990's. This project was the first of its kind in Las Vegas.

Seven Hills (area 606)

    The master-planned community of Seven Hills is just enough out of the way to be insulated from the hustle and bustle of city life while only a short drive from major business districts, scenic areas and recreation attractions. Situated in the rolling foothills of the Black Mountain Range in Henderson, Seven Hills overlooks one of the world's most dazzling skylines -- the famous Las Vegas Strip.

Green Valley Ranch (area 606)

    This planned community is in the Green Valley area. It is a small planned community with around 3100 total residences.  All the homes are relatively new  with a good selection of resale properties on the market. It is distinguished by its beautiful  parks and recreation areas. This development accommodates many tastes from condos to smaller homes to customs. It  
is approximately a 15 min drive to the center of the strip.

Anthem Country Club (area 606)

      Anthem Country Club is located in the southeast part of the Las Vegas valley in the Green Valley area. It is part of the planned community of Anthem which includes Sun City Anthem, Anthem Coventry as well as
additional communities in the process of development. Anthem Country Club is a guard gated community of just under 2,000 acres. 1,700 homes are projected to be built at this time. Production homes range in size from 1,275 sq. ft. to 5797 sq. ft. Custom homes are also built here. At the time of this writing there is a $130.00 per month fee for social memberships which allows access to the clubhouse facilities as well as to the recreational complex. There is an additional $150.00 assessment per quarter for food and beverage for social members. This community is built around a Keith Foster/Hale Irwin designed golf course that is 7,267 yards from the championship tees. Golf membership is separate.

Southern Highlands (area 505)

    This  2,300 acre master planned community is actually two communities in one. The north end, "The Estates" features the Southern Highlands Golf and Country Club. Custom home sites surround the golf course with several magnificent homes built as well as many under construction. In addition, Christopher Homes is building high end production homes, many with golf course frontage. Prices range from the mid $400,000s well into the millions.

Highlands is planned to include a trail system, public  and private schools, shopping venues, restaurants, and medical facilities. Parks will encompass more than 50 acres. Homes here are priced from the low $100,000s to the $400,000s.
